Terms and Conditions

 Definitions :

• The Organization - GK 101 alias GK 101 Ed including all its subsidiaries, holdings, branches and centres.
• The Student - Students enrolled with the Organization.
• Parent- All biological parents and also, any person who is not a biological parent but has parental responsibility for the child irrespective of the relationship with the child.
•  Guardian-a person who has been appointed by the Court of Law to take care of a minor child personally and / or manage the child’s affairs.
• Law Entrance Exams - Entrance Examinations to enroll in B.A. LLB (5yr) or LLB(3yr) course including but not limited to CLAT , AILET , MH-CET & CUCET.
• The Product - Including but not limited to Video lectures , PDF of - notes, Monthly Compendiums, Sectional tests and other such study materials made available to student by the Organization.

NOTE :

Further by admitting/enrolling the student at the Organization and by paying the requisite fees, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read & understood the terms and conditions relating to admission to the Company (available at the Organization’s Website at https://gk-101web.blogspot.com/p/terms-and-conditions.html ) and agree to abide and be bound by it. Any deficiency in the admission process cannot be pleaded as an excuse for not abiding by the terms and conditions relating to admission / payment of fees / refund / usage of student name by the Organization etc.

Publicity

The Organization reserves the right to use the single / group photograph(s) and name of the student for publicity in all kinds of media, if the student secures position / rank or succeeds in any Law Entrance Exams or any other test/exam in India or at international level at any time. In addition to the photograph, the Organization also reserves the right to record video-audio testimonial of the student & parent for the purpose of referencing or promotion, as required by the Organization at any stage during and/or after the completion of the course for the purpose of publicity in all kinds of media. No separate permission will be taken from parents/students for the same.

Limitation of Liability :

Eligibility :

1. It is for the students themselves to ascertain whether he/she is eligible for a particular competitive / entrance examination or not. The Organization and/or the branch/centres shall not be held liable in the event a student’s admission form cannot be forwarded or is rejected by the examining body on any ground whatsoever. Such a student cannot claim a refund of the whole or any part of the fee he/she has paid to the Organization.
2. It shall be the sole responsibility of the students to procure and forward duly filled and completed entrance exam admission application forms to the concerned examining bodies. The Organization owes no duty in this regard and shall not be held responsible for any failure on the part of the student in this regard.

Force Majeure: 

Organization and/or branches/centres shall be not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations (in total or in part) if such delay or failure is due to any cause(s) including but are not limited to, acts of God, strikes, lockouts, riots, lockdown, government restrictions, sanctions, wars, terrorism, insurrections, civil disturbances, earthquake, weather, fire, epidemic, pandemic, lockdown, explosions, and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Organization ("Force Majeure Event"). The Organization and / or centres/branches shall not be held liable for any loss and/or damage of life or property due to any mishappening and/or accident at the Organization and/or branch / centre due the reason of Force Majeure Event. Classes may not be conducted in any mode (offline and/or online), if running of the classes is prohibited as per the applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, during such period Force Majeure event. No refund shall be made to any student/parent/guardian in this respect also.

Offerings :

1. The Product purchased from GK 101 should be used for learning only. For the removal of doubt, it is clarified that copying, reproduction, modification, reverse engineering, dissemination, posting, publication, transfer, creation of derivate work or selling of the content for commercial or non-commercial purposes is not permitted.
2. You are bound not to cut, copy, distribute, modify, recreate, reverse engineer, distribute, disseminate, post, publish or create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or content pertaining to any course
3. You agree to provide and hereby give your consent to disclose accurate, true and updated information as may be asked/collected from You by GK 101 from time to time for the purpose of the course. Furthermore, in case of any change in the information You shall notify the same to GK 101 with immediate effect. You also agree that GK 101 has exclusive right to verify, re-verify any kind of information provided collected from You by GK 101.

Payment of fees :

The fees for the course can be paid through -

    2. Direct payment to PayTM Wallet or UPI id.
